• 3 type of boxes, covering a customer base up to a maximum of 2.000.000 pax/year;
• One-off license fee for perpetual usage;
• Fixed subscription fee for 1st and subsequent years;
• Selectable payment schedule: per year, per quarter or per month;
• 7 languages : British-English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian & Dutch;
• Automatic voicebase maintenance;
• Hardware interface to the PA-system ( AVX-8 );
• Pre-configured Control Unit with user-friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI);
• AODB software interface included;
• Loadable time-tables if an AODB fails to be present;
• Installation costs included;
• Travel & lodging included on an "installation-in-once" basis;
• Project management costs included;
• Training costs included.

Requirements at customer site:

• LAN available;
• PA-System available and free audio input available;
• LAN-acces point and power outlet available in the PA-room;
• Free rack space of 4U available in the PA-room;
• LAN-acces point and power outlet available at the location of the Control Unit;
• Internet connection available;
• Installation, testing, training and system sign-off, all done in 1 visit of a maximum of 3 days;
• Air-side access passes prepared prior to installation.
